About stay
Can I use the internet in the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel.
Are there any smoking rooms?
All rooms at our hotel are non-smoking
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but we do not allow guests to stay with pets.
Check-in/check-out times
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
What amenities are available?
The following amenities are provided in each guest room: Samue (work clothes), bath towel, face towel, body towel, hairbrush, toothbrush. Men: Razor. Women: Makeup remover, facial cleanser, moisturizer, cotton pad set.
What types of rooms are available?
All rooms are twin rooms. Some rooms have an open-air bath and some rooms can be connected to each other.
Is there barrier-free access?
We have one universal room where guests can move around in a wheelchair.
When do cancellation fees start to apply?
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged if you cancel between 7 and 4 days prior to your stay, 50% will be charged if you cancel between 3 and 2 days prior, and 100% will be charged if you cancel on the day of your stay or if you do not show up.
About hot springs
Please tell me the opening hours of the large public bath.
Overnight stays: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Day use: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
What kind of hot spring is it?
This is “Shingen no Yu Yumura Onsen,” a famous hot spring associated with Takeda Shingen.

Acute illness, active tuberculosis, malignant tumors, severe heart disease, respiratory failure, kidney failure, bleeding disorders, pregnancy (early and late stages)
Is there a sauna?
There is no sauna.
There is one indoor bath and one open-air bath for both men and women.
Are there private baths?
There are no private baths, but there are three types of rooms with open-air baths.
About meals
Do you have a plan that includes dinner?
For dinner, we will introduce you to an affiliated restaurant within Yumura Onsen. Please check your accommodation plan for details.
Can I eat in my room?
Meals are not served in the rooms.
About children
Can children stay?
Yes, children are welcome. Children in elementary school and above will be charged the same price as adults, while infants will be charged 50% of the adult price.
About access
Please tell me how to get there from the nearest station.
It is about 10 minutes from JR Kofu Station to the nearest bus stop, “Yumura Onsen Dori.”
Is there a parking lot?
There are 8 free parking spaces available. Please make a reservation in advance if you wish to use the parking space.
